  • Zero Data Retention: We do not store your IP addresses, file hashes, analysis queries, or results on our servers
  • No User Profiling: We do not create user profiles, track your identity, or build behavioral profiles
  • No Cross-Site Tracking: We do not track your activity across other websites or services
  • No Data Sales: We categorically do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties
  • Minimal Storage: The only data stored locally on your device is your theme preference

Data Collection

BulkIPLab processes only the inputs you directly provide in the IP lookup and hash lookup forms. Specifically:

  • What We See: IP addresses and file hashes you paste into our forms, temporarily held during analysis
  • What We Don't Collect: Your name, email, location, device ID, or any personally identifiable information
  • Processing Only: Your indicators are analyzed and results displayed. Nothing is saved to databases or servers

Third-Party Services

BulkIPLab uses external services that operate under their own privacy policies:

  • VirusTotal: We query VirusTotal's API for threat intelligence data. VirusTotal's privacy policy governs their data handling
  • Google AdSense: Advertisements on BulkIPLab are served by Google AdSense. Google may collect anonymized usage data for ad targeting per their privacy policy
  • Vercel: Our hosting provider, Vercel, may collect server logs and analytics. Review Vercel's privacy policy for details
  • Google Analytics: We may use analytics to understand site usage patterns, but this is anonymized and never linked to personal data

Local Storage & Cookies

BulkIPLab uses minimal local storage:

  • Theme Preference: We store your light/dark mode choice in browser local storage for convenience
  • No Tracking Cookies: BulkIPLab itself does not set tracking cookies. We only use essential cookies for session management if required
  • Third-Party Cookies: Google AdSense and analytics providers may set cookies in accordance with their privacy policies

Security Practices

We follow industry-standard security practices to protect BulkIPLab and user data:

  • HTTPS encryption for all communications between your browser and our servers
  • Secure server configuration and regular security updates
  • Sensitive data (API keys, credentials) stored securely server-side, never exposed to browsers
  • No storage of analysis results on persistent databases or logs

Children's Privacy

BulkIPLab is designed for professional security researchers and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13 years old. If we become aware of such collection, we will take immediate action to delete the data.

International Data

BulkIPLab is hosted on Vercel infrastructure, which may be located in various jurisdictions. By using BulkIPLab, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Data Retention

We do not retain your analysis data. Server logs (if kept for security purposes) are deleted according to standard retention policies, typically within 30 days.

  • Request deletion of any personal data (though we rarely collect any)
