Terms of Service

By accessing and using BulkIPLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use BulkIPLab.

1. Service Description

BulkIPLab is a web-based tool for bulk analysis of IP addresses and file hashes using VirusTotal-based threat intelligence data. The service is provided on an "as is" basis for informational and research purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

By using BulkIPLab, you agree to use it only for legitimate cybersecurity research, threat intelligence gathering, and lawful investigations. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use BulkIPLab for illegal activities or to facilitate crime
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or services
  • Conduct attacks, malware distribution, or other malicious activities
  • Violate third-party rights or privacy laws in your jurisdiction
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure

3. Use of the Service

BulkIPLab is provided for informational and research purposes. You are responsible for using the service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms of the underlying VirusTotal service and other third-party services. If you access BulkIPLab from a jurisdiction with specific cybersecurity or data protection laws, you are responsible for compliance.

4. No Warranties

BulkIPLab is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We explicitly disclaim:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that results will be accurate, complete, or timely
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the reliability of underlying threat intelligence data
  • Any warranty that data returned is suitable for critical decision-making

Threat intelligence and reputation data change frequently. Results provided by BulkIPLab represent a snapshot in time and should not be relied upon as definitive proof of malicious activity without additional investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkIPLab and its creators, operators, and contributors are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Errors or inaccuracies in threat intelligence or reputation data
  • Loss or corruption of data or analysis results
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability
  • Decisions or actions taken based on BulkIPLab results
  • Damage caused by reliance on incomplete or outdated information
  • Third-party conduct, malware, or attacks

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Content & Services

BulkIPLab integrates with VirusTotal and other external services. We do not control their content, accuracy, or availability. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

  • Accuracy or completeness of data from VirusTotal or other sources
  • Availability or uptime of third-party services
  • Changes to third-party APIs or data formats
  • Actions taken based on third-party data

7. Advertisement Disclaimer

Advertisements displayed on BulkIPLab are served by third-party providers (including Google AdSense). We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for:

  • Accuracy of ad content
  • Quality or legitimacy of advertised products
  • Your interactions with advertisers or purchases
  • Data collection practices of ad networks

8. Intellectual Property

BulkIPLab and its source code are the property of their creators. You may use BulkIPLab for lawful purposes but may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the service or code without permission
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or disclaimers
  • Use BulkIPLab for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Create derivatives without permission

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BulkIPLab and its creators from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

10. Security & Incident Response

While BulkIPLab implements reasonable security measures, no online service is completely secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to nishantthakur@bulkiplab.com instead of publicly disclosing it.

11. Service Changes & Termination

BulkIPLab may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. We are not liable for any consequences of service changes, interruptions, or termination.

12. Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is hosted and operated. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
